Are success rates guaranteed?
No. Predictions and success rates are calculated entirely based on historical data and algorithms. They do not guarantee future results. -
How can I update my membership information?
You can edit your language selection, contact information, password change and notification preferences from Profile → General Settings. -
Why does the app ask for a verification code when I log in?
It’s an extra layer of security to protect your account. If you don’t want to enter a verification code every time, enable the “Remember my device” option. This way, you won’t need to verify again when logging in from the same device.
